At the beginning of 2008, we started our business. We took a hard step in a small courtyard of several hundred square meters in Hebei Industrial Park.

In August 2008, the first batch of rock drills were successfully developed and put into the market. With the development of the company, the problem of small plant area became more and more prominent. Eight months after the company was established, Tianrui Heavy Industries moved.

The mother of Mencius moved three times to choose a neighboring place, and Tianrui moved five times for development. In the following years, due to the rapid development and growth of the enterprise, Tianrui Heavy Industry has moved several times, almost once a year. Until 2012, Weifang High tech Zone provided Tianrui Heavy Industry with new land construction plants, and Tianrui Heavy Industry had its own "home".

In July 2013, Tianrui Heavy Industry moved into the current plant, which is also the fifth time for the company to relocate. The company has purchased international heat treatment production lines and other key equipment, laying a solid foundation for achieving the quality goal of "Tianrui Heavy Industry and keeping improving" and improving product quality. Since then, Tianrui Heavy Industry has entered the fast lane of development, grown into a national high-tech enterprise and a high growth enterprise, and formed a rock drill as the core, Product structure with hydraulic breaking hammer and down the hole drilling tool as the main line.

The rapid development of Tianrui Heavy Industry lies in the company's deep innovation "internal skill" and the craftsmanship spirit of keeping improving; It lies in the open and shared innovation platform, the joint research and development of industry, university and research, and the deep cooperation between domestic and foreign research and development teams.

In the past 11 years, from starting from scratch to leading the industry, Tianrui Heavy Industry has achieved leapfrog development step by step and step by step. In 2018, the company won the single title of manufacturing industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, becoming the leader in the rock drilling machinery industry.

In 2015, the company introduced magnetic levitation power equipment technology, which became the starting point of the "second venture" of Tianrui Heavy Industry.

The magnetic levitation power equipment industry is a strategic emerging industry at the international forefront. The magnetic levitation blower developed by Tianrui Heavy Industry has reached the international advanced level. In order to support the development of the magnetic levitation industry, Weifang High tech Zone has come up with "real gold and silver" to support us and build workshops for the company. Phase I covers an area of 67.8 mu, with a building area of more than 50000 square meters. After completion, it will form an annual capacity of 1500 magnetic levitation blowers. Up to now, Workshop 1 in the new plant has been completed and is expected to be put into operation by the end of this year.

In the past eleven years, the R&D team of the company has gathered excellent high-level talents at home and abroad, including "experts enjoying special government subsidies of the State Council", the national "Thousand Talents Plan", "Ten Thousand Talents Plan", "Taishan Industrial Leading Talents" in Shandong Province, and "Yuandu Scholars", forming an innovative talent team with innovative spirit and the courage to forge ahead.

In the past eleven years, the company has established five provincial innovation platforms, including Shandong Engineering Technology Research Center, Shandong Enterprise Technology Center, and Shandong Engineering Laboratory. It has also established an academician expert workstation and Shandong Maglev Industry Technology Research Institute, creating a seven in one innovation and entrepreneurship community of "government, industry, university, research, finance, and medicine", and helping the development of the magnetic levitation power equipment industry of Tianrui Heavy Industry.
