Advantages of electromagnetic suspension blower bearing
The main results are as follows:
(1) The rotor supported by the electromagnetic suspension bearing can only reach Z large speed. Theoretically, the Z-speed of the rotor supported by the electromagnetic suspension bearing is only limited by the rotor material. Generally, under the same journal diameter, the rotational speed of the electromagnetic suspension bearing is about 5 times higher than that of the rolling bearing and about 2.5 times higher than that of the hydrodynamic sliding bearing.
(2) Low friction power consumption: the power consumption of a compressor with different supports is compared. At 10000r / min, the power consumption is only about 10% - 20% of that of the hydrodynamic sliding bearing.
(3) Long service life and high reliability: since the magnetic levitation bearing depends on the magnetic force to levitate the rotor, there is no contact between the relative moving surfaces, and there is no life problem caused by wear and contact fatigue. The reliability of electromagnetic levitation bearing of electronic components is much higher than that of mechanical parts, so the life and reliability of electromagnetic levitation bearing is higher than that of traditional bearing.
(4) No lubrication: the electromagnetic suspension bearing does not have the pollution problem caused by the lubricant to the environment, and the complete set of equipment such as the storage, filtration, heating, cooling and circulation of the lubricating oil is eliminated. Therefore, on the whole, the electromagnetic bearing can compete with the traditional bearing technology in price and space.

(5) Strong adaptability: it has good adaptability to extremely high temperature and low temperature operating environment.
(6) Controllability: the static and dynamic performance of the magnetic bearing can be controlled online.
(7) Testable, diagnosable and online working condition monitoring: in fact, the suspension of the magnetic bearing is a combination of working condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and online regulation.
