Hydraulic crusher is widely used in the industry. Correct operation will help the rapid progress of crushing work. When the operation is insufficient, the striking force will not be fully exerted; At the same time, the impact force of the crusher will be reflected to the crusher body, the guard plate and the operating arm of the engineering machine, resulting in damage to the above parts.

On the other hand, when the operation is too large, the front of the construction machinery will be lifted, and the construction machinery may be instantaneously tilted forward due to broken stones. So that the body or the guard plate of the breaking hammer strongly impacts the stone and causes damage.

The above situations should be avoided as far as possible; Improper back vibration will be transmitted to the construction machinery itself. Therefore, during the striking work, it should be confirmed that each operation is the correct loading; In addition, the crushing hammer shall be completely inspected and maintained when not in use.

Operation direction of crushing hammer

When running the crushing work, please confirm that the direction of the drill rod's landing point is perpendicular to the surface of the broken object, and keep it as much as possible at any time; If the surface of the broken object is inclined, the drill rod may slide away from the surface. In this case, the drill rod will be damaged and the piston will be affected. When crushing, please select the appropriate strike point first. Strike after confirming that the drill rod is indeed stable.

Preparation before crushing

(1) When the oil pipe is found to be loose, stop the operation immediately.

When the high-pressure or low-pressure hose of the crusher is excessively loose, please stop the operation immediately and check and repair immediately. At the same time, for the sake of caution, it is advisable to check whether there is oil leakage in other places at the same time. The operator shall strictly require to pay attention to the condition of the strike point at any time.

(2) Avoid the crushing hammer from hitting in the air without the target.

When the rock or target object has been broken, please stop the striking action of the breaking hammer immediately. The continuous and aimless impact will only cause loosening and damage of the screws of the precursor and main body, and even damage the construction machinery. In addition to improper insertion, the use of the crushing hammer will also be affected if it is hit aimlessly.

(3) Do not push heavy objects or large stones with a breaking hammer

Do not use the guard plate as a tool to push heavy objects during work, so it will only cause the guard plate screws and drill rods to break and damage the hammer, and even cause the boom to break.

(4) Do not use the drill rod with shaking

During the crushing operation, if the drill rod is used by shaking, the main screw and the drill rod may be broken.

(5) Do not use the striking action to operate continuously for more than one minute.

When the target cannot be broken by continuous hitting at the same point for more than one minute, please change the selected point of hitting and try again. Trying to strike continuously at the same point will only cause excessive loss of the drill rod.

(6) When the target object is a large or hard stone, please choose to break it from the edge. No matter how big and hard the stone is, it is usually easier to strike from the edge.

(7) Please select the appropriate engine speed when operating the crushing hammer.

The crushing operation is carried out at an appropriate engine speed. Generally, when the speed of the engine is improperly increased to exceed the speed required for operation, the strength of the striking force is not enhanced; by contraries; The temperature of the hydraulic oil will rise rapidly, and the lubricating capacity and working capacity will decrease, which may damage the piston and air valve.

(8) Do not break in water or mud.

Except for the drill rod, other parts of the breaking hammer should not be immersed in water or mud. If the piston and other parts with similar functions will accumulate mud traces, this will lead to early loss of the hammer.

(9) Do not let the hammer fall on hard rock

When the breaking hammer falls down quickly and hits the hard rock surface, it will cause excessive impact damage to the breaking hammer or construction machinery, and cause damage to parts.

(10) Do not operate when the hydraulic cylinder of the construction machinery is fully extended or fully retracted.

When the hydraulic cylinder of the construction machinery is fully extended or fully retracted, if the striking operation is carried out, the striking vibration will return to the hydraulic cylinder and cause serious damage to the construction machinery.
