Weifang maglev equipment future industrial technology innovation center was established in Tianrui heavy industry

On October 26, 2018, the listing ceremony of Weifang maglev equipment future industrial technology innovation center was held in the high tech Zone.

What is the purpose of the establishment of this center?

It will become an important platform for Tianrui heavy industry to tackle key technologies of magnetic levitation, transform scientific and technological achievements and develop industrialization.

Xiang Dali said that relying on this innovation platform, Tianrui will realize the goal of localization of maglev technology, form a new advantageous industry in Weifang, and build a leading domestic R & D center and production base of maglev technology.

Tianrui Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise. After years of development, it has grown into a single champion in the manufacturing industry of the Ministry of industry and information technology of the people's Republic of China and a single champion in the manufacturing industry of Shandong Province.

During the period, five provincial innovation platforms including Shandong Engineering Technology Research Center and Shandong Engineering Laboratory were built, and the first brand of rock drilling machinery for high-speed railway tunnel construction in China and three Shandong famous brand products were created, forming a pattern of high-end rock drilling equipment and magnetic levitation technology equipment driven by two wheels.

After years of exploration and development of magnetic levitation technology, Tianrui heavy industry successfully rolled off the production line of its first product magnetic levitation blower in 2016, and made major breakthroughs in the research and development of magnetic levitation turbine vacuum pump, magnetic levitation refrigerant compressor and other products.

Among them, the magnetic levitation blower developed has reached the world's advanced level and has entered the industrialization stage after being identified by experts of the medium and high-yield Industrialization Research Association. After four years of application and promotion, it has been proved that a 100kW magnetic levitation blower can save 30-40% of energy, save 350000 kwh of electricity per year, reduce 270 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, and reduce 40 dB of noise. It can reduce the overall operating cost of the sewage treatment plant by 20%. It is rapidly promoted in the sewage treatment plant and large cement plants such as Guanghua paper, shanshui cement, Yunyang water and Xinguang pigment, and is highly recognized by the market.

The establishment of "Weifang maglev equipment future industrial technology innovation center" marks the development of Tianrui heavy industry to a new level, and also marks a new chapter in the cooperation between the high tech Zone and the international advanced manufacturing industry.
