8月14日，山东省外办党组成员、副主任李永森，山东省民营企业高质量发展服务队潍坊二队队长、省外办二级巡视员刘军涛，省外办宣传调研处处长曹春等一行7人，在潍坊市外办党组书记、主任葛英煜，潍坊高新区党工委委员、管委会副主任胡文星等领导的陪同下莅临天瑞重工考察调研。

李主任一行参观了磁悬浮新厂区，详细了解了公司磁悬浮产业在园区规划、人才招引、产链合作、市场布局等方面的新变化，对公司在新产品研发、市场开拓等方面所取得的成绩给予了充分肯定。随后，与公司领导在会议室进行了座谈交流。

自去年省外办包靠天瑞重工以来，李主任已多次深入企业调研，听取企业需求，帮助解决困难，助推磁悬浮产业发展。本次调研，重点围绕磁悬浮系列产品国际市场开拓等方面进行，李主任会上提出了诸多指导性意见，并表示将借助山东省外办所掌握的资源来助推企业“走出去”。同时还指出，企业要注重自身人才队伍建设，把人才“引进来”，拉长人才队伍。
