根据潍坊市委办公室工作安排，5月21日，潍坊学院法学院院长苗金春一行4人莅临天瑞重工，就企业法治化营商环境相关问题进行考察调研，高新区光电园副主任袁涛参加。

调研组一行首先参观了公司展厅，公司副总经理陈茹详细介绍了企业发展的基本情况。随后，双方就企业法治化营商环境相关问题进行了座谈交流。陈茹副总经理对潍坊市委、市政府和潍坊学院一直以来对天瑞重工的支持和帮助表示感谢，对企业在生产经营过程中面临的法律问题进行咨询。苗院长对相关问题给予详细解答，并为双方建立高效的“法治化营商联系点”提出了方案措施。

苗院长表示，法治是好的营商环境，打造法治化营商环境既是市场经济的内在要求，也是市场经济良性运行的根本保障。潍坊学院法学院对接天瑞重工共建“法治化营商联系点”，在今后的工作中将全方位拓展推进法治化营商环境的广度和深度，努力打造平等竞争、蓬勃发展的营商环境，全面深入帮助企业化解法律风险，为夺取疫情防控的经济社会发展“双胜利”持续贡献法治力量。
