As of 2015, there are more than 5000 sewage treatment plants in China. With the development of urbanization and the improvement of sewage treatment rate, the energy consumption of urban sewage treatment plants will be more and more large. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate the energy consumption quota standard for sewage treatment unit products, which has great guiding significance for the construction of a conservation oriented society in China. This also means that the state should formulate and issue more stringent energy consumption standards for sewage treatment plants.
Maglev blower is a perfect combination of multi-disciplinary technology. Magnetic bearing, no contact, no friction, no lubrication, power consumption only 0.45KW. At the same time, the transmission loss is completely eliminated, and the rotation speed is up to 30000rpm. Compared with the traditional fan, the efficiency is increased by 10% - 30%, and the energy consumption is saved by more than 30%. A single fan can save 180 tons of standard coal per year and reduce 475 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
